THE FITNESS INDUSTRY HAS LET YOU DOWN

I already know you've tried countless meal plans, downloaded the recipes, followed the coaches on IG and the list could go on. Let’s be real you’re probably as up to date with the latest training and nutrition strategies as most coaches.

But you’re still stuck…still frustrated and this should tell you one thing. It was never that you didn't know enough or a lack of information.

It's that what you've been using was built for a version of your life that isn't the one you're actually living.

That's the whole reason Reform exists.

Not to ask you to try harder. You've tried hard enough, we can already tell or you wouldn't be here.

Not to turn you into someone who has to think about food and training every waking hour just to hold it together.

But to build something that survives everything life has to throw at you. Because what's been presented to you as the ‘perfect plan’ in the past, isn’t the perfect plan if it doesn’t account for the fact that life is unpredictable.

These results you want may seem so far off and you might even be getting to the point where you’re submitting to defeat…”Is this just who I am now?”

We promise you it’s possible. I've watched it happen for so many women who felt exactly like you probably do right now.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOUR BODY STOPS DEPENDING ON CONSTANT CONTROL?

I want you to actually picture this for a second. Together, we look at what's underneath the cycle, so what you build with us is something you get to keep, not something you have to
keep re-earning every single week.

More freedom

Eat out. Travel. Take the holiday and come home without needing to "make up for it."

More consistency

Habits that hold up on a busy week — not just the perfect ones.

More capacity

Miss a session, have an off day and it costs you that day. Not the whole month. Not your whole sense of progress.

More of your actual life

Because the whole point of this is that it gives you more of your life back. Not less.

REFORM IS FOR THE WOMAN WHO IS READY TO STOP DOING IT THE HARD WAY.

You're already capable. I know that, even without having met you yet. You've got the willpower. You've done the work before, probably more of it than most people ever will.

But somewhere along the way, getting results started to feel like more restriction. More rules. More things you're not allowed to do. Another Monday, another restart. And if you're reading this, some part of you is done with that.

But somewhere along the way, getting results started to feel like more restriction. More rules. More things you're not allowed to do. Another Monday, another restart. And if you're reading this, some part of you is done with that.

LARA

64kg → 57.9kg · 8 months.

Lara came to us stuck. Early 40s, working mum, a 3 year old, a full time job. She trained when she could, ate well, and watched her body stay exactly where it was. She was 64kg, 10kg above where she wanted to be and hadn't been under 60kg since her wedding a decade earlier. She'd started to believe her body was just what it was now. Through phases of Recomp and Restore across eight months she hit 57.9kg. The lowest weight she'd been in 10 years.

The identity shift is bigger than the scale and this is Rewire in action. She used to view her body as a referendum on who she was; if she'd let her body go, she'd let herself go. She doesn't think that anymore. She trusts her body, trusts the process and when a week goes sideways, she doesn't spiral, she just makes the next normal decision and keeps going.

"Haven't seen a 59 in 10 years."

"I know I'm not going to have an 'all or nothing' mindset anymore going forward because of the consistency and flexibility we have created."

LIANNE

59kg → 65kg (leaner) · 9 months.

Lianne had been chronically dieting for 20 years. Low calories, restriction cycles, every diet the industry has ever sold and at 59kg she was stuck. Small, skinny fat, no strength, unable to lose another gram no matter what she tried. She came to us at 40 knowing she didn't have another 20 years to figure this out. So we did the opposite of everything she'd been doing. 9 months in Restore, eating more and deliberately gaining 10kg to rebuild muscle and metabolic capacity, before moving into a proper Recomp cut from that higher baseline. She lost 6kg and at 65kg, she's now leaner than she ever was at 59, with more muscle, more definition  and strength she never had before.

I'm honestly so proud of what we've accomplished and just so excited to see where we can go from here. You always told me I'll get back to feeling great and you were right. Of course we always want to change things about ourselves but seeing those photos side by side I remember how I felt in those first photos and how I spoke to myself and in comparison to now, I've not only changed my entire body but also my mindset."

LEANA

10kg goal → complete body recomposition · 8 months.

Leana came to us in October 2024 wanting to lose 10kg. She'd tried before, dieted before, trained before and nothing had stuck. She didn't believe it would happen this time either. 8 months later, she's not thinking about weight loss anymore. Through Recomp with 2 resistance sessions a week and structured nutrition phases she went from chronic dieter to building the body of her dreams and getting incredibly strong in the process. The fat loss was the side effect. The real result was a completely different relationship with her body.

The identity shift is from "can I be smaller?" to "what can this body do?" exactly the reversal Rewire is built around. She stopped chasing the scale and started chasing performance. She's stronger, leaner, healthier than she's ever been and it's held because the identity underneath it changed first.

"I would never have imagined getting back to where I was."

ALICIA

97kg → −12kg · 8 months

Alicia came to us at 97kg with everything stacked against her. Perimenopause, PMDD, a hysterectomy in her past, and shift work that destroyed every routine she tried to build. She'd been told her body was too far gone. That her hormones, her age, her surgeries meant fat loss wasn't possible for her anymore. 8 months later she's down 12kg and still going through hormonal fluctuations that made the scale jump 2kg overnight on bad weeks, through night shifts, through everything the industry says makes fat loss impossible for a woman her age. This is Data, Not Drama in practice. The scale spikes were observed and contextualised, not panicked over.

The identity shift is that she didn't come to us for a beach body. She came to us to be active and present for her grandkids, to be the grandmother who's there, not on the sidelines. Identity first, body as the byproduct held her through everything. She now walks around in a body she once thought was permanently done.

"I am proud I have come so far. That was me and look where I am now."

"I guess I should start believing in myself more and know what I'm really capable of when I want to achieve something."

KEIRA

67kg → 59.7kg · deadlifting 100kg x10 · 6 months.

Keira works as a paramedic. 12 hour shifts, called out at midnight, called out at 5am, no sleep window that was ever consistent. She came in around 67kg, had been training for years and lifting heavy, but had never been able to actually lean out alongside the strength. The work always interrupted, the food always slipped, the fatigue always won. 6 months of building around her schedule, pre tracked meals before night shifts, calorie targets that flexed around on call rotations like a built in Plan B, training that progressed without trying to outwork her exhaustion and she's at 59.7kg. Nearly 5kg down on an already lean frame. Her lifts haven't dropped, they've climbed. She's deadlifting 100kg for sets of 10 and just hit 10 unassisted pull ups for the first time in years.

The identity shift is that she stopped believing her job was the reason her body wasn't responding. The chaos wasn't the reason, the chaos was the constant and that's what we planned for. This is Realign, Not Restart doing exactly what it's meant to, what needed to change was the system, not the shifts.

"How am I losing weight and getting stronger at the same time? What the fuck."

MICHELLE

60kg → 49kg · held 4 months of constant travel.

Michelle had spent years trying to change her body and getting nowhere. Different diets, different trainers, different "this is the one" moments. Heaps of effort that produced nothing, months that passed without a single thing shifting. She'd started to believe this was just her body now. Some women got results. She wasn't one of them. We threw out the more is better based approach and built her a real Recomp system. Structured phases, resistance training around her constant work travel, calorie targets that fit her body. She lost 11kg over 12 months, dropping from 60kg to 49kg, and has held it through 4 months through non stop travel. That's Reform, the phase, not just the brand name, the point where maintaining it stopped being a project and just became how she lives.

The identity shift is the bigger story. Her confidence came back. Not surface confidence, the deep kind. She walks into rooms differently. She wears what she actually wants to wear. She doesn't dread photos. She doesn't think about her body all day, every day, in the background of every meeting and every dinner. She got back the ‘real’ her. The version she wanted to show the world.

"I feel so much more confident in my body, I don't even think about it anymore."

SARAH

Postpartum → lifting heavier than pre-baby numbers.

Sarah had lifted heavy and been in shape for years before she had her baby. Then postpartum, the body she'd spent years building wouldn't come back. She trained. She tried to eat well. She knew the answers, at least she thought she did. Months passed and nothing moved. What was missing wasn't knowledge. It was direction. We gave her a Recomp system that made the decisions for her. Structured phases, progressive overload, calories that supported her lifts instead of undermining them. Her lifts came back, then went past where they'd ever been. Eventually she actually started lifting heavier than her pre baby numbers. The body came back leaner, stronger, more defined than she'd ever been.

The identity shift is that she stopped believing more information was the answer. She'd been drowning in fitness knowledge. What she needed wasn't more of it, it was trying to figure it all out herself. Someone to hand her the plan and let her stop deciding.

"knowing exactly what to do and just being able to execute has changed everything for me."

MELISSA

51kg → 49kg · hip thrusting 2x bodyweight.

Melissa came in at 51kg already lean, already lifting, wanting to actually change her body composition instead of chasing a smaller number. She'd been chasing thinness for years and never getting the strong, defined look she wanted. We built her a proper Recomp protocol with 3 strength sessions a week, targeted calorie phases, progressive overload. Success here was never about "how lean can we get her". It was "can we build a body she actually loves." She dropped to 49kg while getting demonstrably stronger, hip thrusting over twice her bodyweight, pulling her first unassisted pull up, then hitting 5. Her back changed. Her legs changed. Her clothes fit differently at the same scale weight because muscle was going up as fat was coming down.

The identity shift is from chasing thinness to building strength. She stopped viewing her body through the lens of the scale and started measuring by how it performed and how it looked and both are transformed.

"All these years chasing weight loss to be the thinnest I could be, to now wanting to look strong and fit."

JEN

89.7kg → −10kg+ · Wegovy off the table.

Jen came to us weighing 89.7kg, referred by a friend (also a Reform client) after her doctor wanted to put her on Wegovy. She was carrying weight from pain medication for osteoarthritis in both knees, dealing with knee pain that was reshaping her life, and had been told by her medical team that injectables were her best path forward. She wanted to try coaching first. 6 months of structured nutrition, resistance training built around her joint pain rather than around an idealised body, and a system that respected where she actually was and she’s now down over 10kg and her doctor's Wegovy recommendation is off the table. Her weight is down, her strength is up, her pain has eased.

The identity shift is that she stopped seeing her body as a problem the medical system needed to solve. She's now the woman who did it herself with support, with structure, with a coach who took her seriously. She didn't get her twenties back. She got herself back.

"Dr was impressed that I had lost weight at last visit. She'd wanted to put me on Wegovy injections. I'm so glad my friend insisted I give you a shot first."

PIP

−6kg through a genuinely hard year.

Pip reached out to us a year ago, tried a 4 week self run program, started well, then fell off. Same story most women have lived, strong opening, slow drift, eventually nothing. She came back to us 4 months later wanting something different. This time we didn't give her a template. We gave her 1:1 coaching, weekly check-ins, a direct line to her coach. 3 strength sessions a week, running and HYROX programming layered in, structured nutrition phases. She lost 6kg through some really tough times in her personal life and everything most coaches would call a valid reason to pause. She didn't pause because the support didn't pause. This is Raise Your Hand in practice. She had a place where she felt safe to bring her struggles and help her keep on track with her goals amongst the chaos.

The identity shift is that she stopped believing her past failure was her. It wasn't. She'd been trying to do something hard alone. Now she has a system and a human behind it, and she's built the consistency she never had.

"I just needed someone to be there when the wheels came off."

BEFORE WE TALK, I WANT YOU TO ASK YOURSELF ONE QUESTION.

What would actually change in your body, and in your life if you stopped trying to make the same approach work harder and instead built one that finally supported the woman you're becoming?

Sit with that for a second.

Because that's the actual conversation we're going to have on your call.

Not whether you're capable or know how to work hard… that’s already there

Not whether you're "ready." Nobody ever feels fully ready, you just decide.

But what legitimately needs to change to get you from where you are right now to where you already know you want to be.

You've waited long enough to have this conversation. Let's not let this call become one more thing you almost did.

COME TO YOUR CALL READY TO BE HONEST.

You don't need to have it all figured out before we talk.

You don't need the perfect explanation for why things haven't worked before either.

Just come ready to be honest with us.

Where you are now. What's working? What's not?

Where you want to go. The body and the life you're actually trying to build, not the version you think you're supposed to want.

What's getting in the way. The patterns, the beliefs, the approach that's kept you stuck until now.

What you're ready to change. Because knowing what needs to change and actually being willing to change it, are two very different things. We want to know which one you're bringing to this call.

That's exactly what we'll get into together.

This is your moment. We can't wait to talk to you.
